Kaylie Noble Enterprises was established in Newcastle of New South Wales in 2003 after Kaylie relocated to Lake Macquarie from Sydney. 

Kaylie’s background is in primary and adult education specialising in behavioural problems.  Extensive managerial experience in corporate and small business, ranging from call centres to sales and customer service, complements and adds to her ability to offer meaningful development opportunities.  It also meant that transitioning into running her own Training Company offering a ‘one stop shop’ as a consultant for all aspects people management, was a logical step.

Numerous formal qualifications in Education, Management, Small Business Management and Workplace Training and Assessment support her successful work history.  With over 25 years involvement in education and management in one form or another, Kaylie has the ability, skills and experience to support you or your staff whether you’re from a large corporation, a small business or an individual seeking self improvement.
